OwnerReports is a service of Altshuler Family Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the OwnerReports website and service. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

The service

OwnerReports is a presentation and delivery tool. It turns numbers you provide into polished monthly owner reports and delivers them to recipients you designate. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you import or enter. We do not verify your books.

Not advice

OwnerReports does not provide financial, tax, legal, or compliance advice of any kind. Reports present your own numbers. Nothing on this site or in any report should be treated as advice or a recommendation about your finances, taxes, or legal obligations.

Plans and billing

• Starter, $79 per month or $790 per year: up to 10 owner reports per month.
• Portfolio, $199 per month or $1,990 per year: up to 50 owner reports per month, white label, multiple templates, manager's notes, 3 user seats, priority support.
• Annual plans are two months free compared to monthly billing.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. Card statements show ALTSHULER FAMILY HOLDINGS.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime from Settings, then Billing, or by emailing hello@getownerreports.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
• Monthly plans are not prorated on cancellation.
• Annual plans are refundable within the first 30 days of purchase or renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use reports to misrepresent your firm's finances to owners, lenders, or regulators. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you or your owner clients make based on report contents.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
