OwnerReports is a service of Altshuler Family Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, work email, company, and billing details (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
• Waitlist: email and company if you join the waitlist. One email at launch, unsubscribe anytime.
• Your data: the accounting data, owner client details, and delivery preferences you provide to generate reports. This is your data. We use it only to operate the service for you.
• Usage data: basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service: generate and deliver your reports, bill your subscription, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data or your clients' data. We do not use your accounting data for any purpose other than operating your account.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Stripe (billing), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

Report history is kept for the life of your account so your owners have their archive. If you cancel and ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except where tax or legal record-keeping requires retention.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@getownerreports.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
